I’m An Aristocrat, Get Me Out Of Here!

Perhaps the worst title for a play ever and it didn’t really reflect the loose (so called) plot. In essence this is a series sketches or comic capers which bring you from point A – the rise of the revolution, King and Queen in jail, who is the elusive Grande Pois; to point B – the identity of the Grande Pois. As with most sketch shows some of them fell flat and in truth it only really picked up in the latter part of the second half with some tremendous corpsing and biting satire. It’s fast paced, slapdash but good fun nonetheless.
