Psoraisis affects 2.5% of UK population (approx. 600,000 people).

Meanwhile Epsom salt baths, which are famously used by the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lawrence and Victoria Beckham, reduce symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, eczema, dandruff and warts.

Philip Steward, therapist at Hands on Clinic, North Devon, said: “Epsom salts will [also] boost your skin’s magnesium level.

“Epsom salts rejuvenate and rehydrate skin as well as remove toxins.
