Baron Estates offers new customers 0% commission in return for a donation to Rockinghorse Children’s Charity

To celebrate the opening of their new office in Western Road and in support of Rockinghorse children’s charity, Baron Estates are offering to sell new customers properties for free. 

For a six-week period from 2nd April, when the new office opens, if you instruct Baron Estates they will sell your property without charging you a single penny in commission. All they are asking in return is that you make a donation of at least £500 to Rockinghorse on completion of your property sale.

Baron Estates will be supporting Rockinghorse throughout 2014 and wanted to kick-start that support with a great deal for home sellers which will raise significant funds for the charity to help them continue the amazing work they already do. 

“The Rockinghorse appeal is an excellent charity in our city, we are so lucky to have this level of medical care for our children on hand,” says Danny Ross, manager of Baron Estates. “I have first-hand experience on where the donated money can really make a difference. We are proud to be supporting them.”

Rockinghorse is a Brighton-based charity which has been supporting children for over 45 years. It was set up in 1967 by Dr Trevor Mann, who recognised there was a real need for additional resources to improve healthcare services for sick children and babies.

They are the official fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital (The Alex) and also support the Trevor Mann Baby Unit (TMBU), where they raise money for life-saving and cutting-edge medical equipment, while ensuring that children are treated in an environment that is better suited to their needs.

Throughout the year Baron Estates hope to raise money through various activities to support this vital charity in the local community.

Baron Estates hope to increase awareness of Rockinghorse through their launch offer to customers as well as their ongoing support throughout the year. To take advantage of the launch offer home sellers need to instruct Baron Estates’ new Western Road office to sell their home.

Baron Estates new office will be headed up by Danny Ross who has worked in the Estate Agent industry for 27 years. “The office opening reflects growing demand for property in Brighton and Hove, which is becoming an increasingly popular for those moving out of London. We will be launching with a full sales and lettings team to complement the existing team at our Seven Dials office.”
