Expert advice for landlords at Sussex Landlord Investment Show
Leaders are delighted to be sponsoring the Sussex Landlord Investment Show, which takes place at The Brighton Centre on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th June from 10am to 5.15pm.
Hosted by Tenants History, the event will be of huge benefit to existing landlords and those wanting to invest in buy-to-let properties.
There will be seminars throughout the day, where industry experts, including Leaders, will host talks and advise landlords on key issues such as the Sussex lettings market, taxation, mortgages, legislation, vetting tenants and landlord services.
As local, independent letting experts, Leaders will be on hand to talk to landlords about all aspects of letting, property management and the local market. They will be joined by their specialist mortgage partner, All Types of Mortgages (AToM), who will be able to advise investors on the best buy-to-let and finance products available.
