Award Winning Inclusion Consultancy Watch This Sp_ce Speak to Stephanie Prior!

Watch This Sp_ce are a inclusion consultancy with the mission of helping organisations re-imagine the way they do things “from their structures to their processes to their culture.”

Mo Kanjilal, Rachel Pearson and Allegra Chapman set out in lockdown after meeting on the group Brighton Digital Women. Coming from three different business backgrounds, they decided to put their skills together when they realised they needed to do more about diversity and inclusion within business. They started and continue with the aim of wanting to “empower people who have previously felt silenced or excluded to take on leadership roles and take their seat at the table.”

They are hosting a Reimagination at Work conference and awards for one week starting 26th September during national inclusion week. With a range of speakers talking about everything from shyness to proactive allyship to collaborative leadership and neurodiversity.

The virtual conference costs just £20 and you’ll be able to pick and choose the talks you attend.
